Acknowledging the WB's sharing, the Deputy Governor highly appreciated the cooperation results between Vietnam and the WB over the past 30 years. The WB's companionship is important and necessary to help the Government achieve the growth target of 8% or more in 2025 and is a premise for higher growth in the following years. The Deputy Governor hoped that the WB would share Vietnam's difficulties and inform her of the efforts of the National Assembly and the Government in resolving policy differences, including the promulgation of the Law amending the Law on Bidding 2024 effective from January 15, 2025 and the Law on Public Investment amended effective from January 1, 2025 and the Law on Government Organization effective from March 1, 2025 and many other important documents and directives. Thereby, it contributes significantly to removing difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing loan agreements with foreign donors, ensuring the effective management and use of ODA capital and foreign preferential loans.
