(kontumtv.vn) – In Plan No. 541 issued on February 19, 2025, the Provincial People's Committee directed to strengthen the mass mobilization work of state administrative agencies and authorities at all levels in the province in 2025.

The Provincial People's Committee requests specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee, public service units under the Provincial People's Committee, provincial-level mass organizations, LLCs with 100% charter capital held by the State and People's Committees of districts and cities to promote propaganda and education activities to raise awareness of the meaning and importance of mass mobilization work; effectively implement the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization" in the fields of economy, culture, society, national defense and security; in which, focus on innovating the content and form of propaganda and mobilization for the people to make it easy to understand, easy to remember, easy to implement; raise the sense of responsibility and spirit of serving the people of cadres, civil servants, public employees and party members with the motto "Respect the people, be close to the people, understand the people, learn from the people and be responsible to the people" associated with actively propagating, promptly praising and rewarding collectives and individuals and replicating advanced models.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned agencies, units, and localities, according to their functions, tasks, and contents of Plan 541, to develop plans to implement mass mobilization work, in conjunction with implementing political tasks at their agencies and units; to be completed in March 2025./.
