In addition to the training goal, Vovinam students also consider this a trip back to the roots of Vietnamese martial arts. It is known that the World Vovinam Federation has made efforts to arrange financial resources to cover all food, accommodation and travel expenses in Vietnam for all 35 teams participating in the 2023 Vovinam World Championship with more than 600 members. "I know that the athletes have tried their best to practice and prepare for this important event. They have overcome all obstacles to get here, which is a personal victory, because of their great love for Vovinam. There are many sacrifices, including time and money for a long and expensive trip from Africa, Europe, Australia or the Middle East. Therefore, we also try to take care of the participating members in the best conditions possible", Mr. Mai Huu Tin expressed.

The leaders of the World Vovinam Federation also expressed their gratitude for the great contributions of generations of martial artists and coaches in more than 70 countries and territories around the world who have made tireless efforts over the past 85 years to bring Vovinam to millions of students.
