He wrote: "Hello everyone, I'm Lai Thai. Today, I want to say a few words to thank my parents, family, and siblings. Do you understand why I joined the contest?

Simply, I want to win, but winning or losing is actually very normal. Everything depends on the choice of the judges, they are the ones who decide who is the winner.

To me, winning is to win over myself, to win to represent my homeland. I used to be self-conscious, ashamed and depressed because I was not born beautiful. I came to the contest to prove my ability and affirm that I am not afraid of anything.

People used to think that beauty contests only select beautiful and handsome people. But I am here to represent everyone. No matter what our circumstances are, no matter what our appearance is, it doesn't matter.

The important thing is that we need to love what we have and try to prove ourselves. The result is not important, we just need to know how to set goals and pursue them."

Finally, Lai Thai admitted that he was just a poor student who constantly studied and worked hard to earn money to support his family.

The Miss & Mister Majestic Cambodia 2025 season is taking place in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap (Cambodia), expected to end in October this year.

The current holder of the title of Mister Cambodia is Nawin, real name Sang Pisey. He is currently a famous model in his home country. The model, born in 2003, is 1.83m tall and weighs 75kg.
