After receiving the information, the City Department of Education and Training requested Ly Tu Trong Primary School to report the incident.

According to the report of Ly Tu Trong Primary School, it is found that parents reported that Ms. BTTX (homeroom teacher of class 5D) used a broken wire cover to hit students, used a blackboard eraser to threaten students, and asked students to prepare a crumpled piece of paper and put it in their mouths when they spoke. The remaining contents reported by parents have no basis for determination.

After verifying the incident, Ly Trong Primary School temporarily suspended Ms. X's teaching and work as homeroom teacher of class 5D. At the same time, the school assigned another teacher to replace the homeroom teacher and teach the class according to the school's plan until the end of the school year.

In addition, the school requested Ms. X. to make a report of the incident and continue to verify and determine the level of violation for handling according to regulations.

The school leaders also met with the parents of class 5D to discuss the incident. After the incident, on February 27, the school's teaching and learning activities were operating normally.
