According to this person, after receiving the application, the City Party Committee's Organizing Committee requested the Cao Ba Quat High School Party Committee to review, re-evaluate and report to the City Party Committee's Organizing Committee for consideration and resolution.
Previously, the Party Committee of Cao Ba Quat High School had a written response to Mr. Dai's petition and recommendation that he did not agree with the classification of party member quality in 2024 as not completing the task.

According to the response document, recently, Mr. Nguyen Van Dai submitted a petition and complaint to Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Hue, the school's principal. However, Mr. Dai did not make the petition and complaint in accordance with the correct procedures, regulations, and competent authorities, but bypassed the authority, negatively affecting the reputation, honor, and achievements of the school. The petition and complaint have been verified by the inspector, and there is no conclusion yet, but Mr. Dai sent the petition to the press, negatively affecting Ms. Hue's reputation and honor, negatively affecting the interests of the school, and causing internal disunity in the school!
After citing a number of regulations, the Party Committee of Cao Ba Quat High School said that Mr. Dai's classification of party member quality in 2024 was well-founded and in accordance with procedures and regulations.
Meanwhile, Mr. Dai disagreed with the classification because according to regulations, party members are still allowed to make recommendations and report the wrongdoings of leaders to competent authorities for consideration and correction. Mr. Dai said that if reporting the wrongdoings of leaders is classified as not fulfilling the task, who would dare to stand up and report?
In addition, Mr. Dai said that his reflections and recommendations about the principal were accurate. In addition, his reflections are being considered by the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak province, and there is no final conclusion yet, so it cannot be concluded that his reflections and recommendations are false to classify party members as not completing their tasks.

According to the petition, this school cut national defense and physical education classes to teach extra classes for money and cut down dozens of trees against regulations.

Mr. Nguyen Tuan Ha, Standing Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee, once requested the Department of Education and Training to be resolute, determined, and thoroughly handle the case related to the principal of Cao Ba Quat High School.
A teacher at Chu Van An High School (Buon Ma Thuot City) filed a complaint against Mr. Pham Dang Khoa (at that time, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak Province) for allegedly covering up and supporting Ms. Hue during her time as principal of Chu Van An High School.
Recently, the Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee concluded that Ms. Hue was disciplined with a reprimand but continued to re-offend, and should have been disciplined with a warning. However, the Department of Education and Training only... reviewed and criticized Ms. Hue and then transferred her to become the principal of Cao Ba Quat High School, which is not in accordance with regulations.
The responsibility belongs to Mr. Pham Dang Khoa, former Director of the Department of Education and Training; Mr. Do Tuong Hiep, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training - chaired the review meeting; Mr. Nguyen Huu Quat, Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel - Political and Ideological Affairs; Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoang, Secretary of the review meeting; and individuals involved in the proposal to consider and not take disciplinary action against Ms. Hue.
The Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Home Affairs to advise the Provincial People's Committee to review the responsibilities of Mr. Khoa and Mr. Hiep. Assigned the Department of Education and Training to review the responsibilities of relevant organizations and individuals according to their authority for consideration and handling in accordance with regulations.
