Regarding the announcement that Saigon Pearl International Kindergarten and Saigon Pearl International Primary, Secondary and High School will cease operations at the end of the 2024-2025 school year, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training has sent a document requesting Saigon Pearl Kindergarten and Saigon Pearl Primary, Secondary and High School to send a report on the school's operations in the 2024-2025 school year and directions for resolving issues related to the termination of the school's operations at the end of the 2024-2025 school year.

Organize parent-teacher meetings to discuss support, create favorable conditions for parents to complete school transfer documents according to regulations, avoid causing disruption, affecting security and order in the area; ensure full implementation of policies for teachers, staff, and workers (including Vietnamese and foreigners) according to current regulations.

The City Department of Education and Training also directed public educational institutions, investors, and foreign-invested schools to accept students transferred from Saigon Pearl Kindergarten, Saigon Pearl International Primary, Secondary, and High School according to demand, creating conditions for students to quickly integrate and stabilize their studies.

In the report sent to the City People's Committee, the Department of Education and Training also respectfully requested the City People's Committee to direct the City Police to coordinate with localities to grasp the situation of public opinion to have appropriate handling plans to ensure security and order at Saigon Pearl Kindergarten, Saigon Pearl International Primary, Secondary and High School in particular and the City in general from now until the end of the 2024-2025 school year.
