On the afternoon of October 8, Mr. Nguyen Trong Hoan - Chief of Office of Nghe An Department of Education and Training - said that the department had sent a document requesting the Department of Education and Training of Nghia Dan district to clarify and report the incident of some preschool children suspected of being beaten by their friends in the classroom.

Initial information shows that the beaten students were studying in the 5-year-old kindergarten class at Nghia Loc Commune Kindergarten, Nghia Dan District on the afternoon of October 7.

At that time, the homeroom teacher went out and left the class to the monitor to look after.

This girl used a plastic toy pipe to hit her classmates. After their parents discovered the incident, they took them to the hospital for a check-up.

On the morning of October 8, 4 children went to school. The 2 children with more serious conditions are being cared for and monitored by teachers and their families.

After this incident, the school and teachers also visited the students at home.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hung - Head of the Department of Education and Training of Nghia Dan district - said that the department had received information that some students at Nghia Loc Kindergarten were beaten.

Currently, the Department of Education and Training and Nghia Dan District Police are going to the school to clarify the incident.

Nghe An Department of Education and Training has directed Nghia Dan District Department of Education and Training to work directly with the school.

It requires the school to monitor the health situation so that the children can return to school soon.

Nghe An Department of Education and Training also requested the school to seriously review, clarify responsibilities and handle violations of groups and individuals according to regulations (if any), and send the results to the department before October 15.
