This is a training course on editing methods for students majoring in multimedia communications at the University of Economics and Finance, Ho Chi Minh City, held at Thanh Nien Newspaper from March 12 to 26, with 3 subjects including methods of editing printed news articles, methods of editing videos and methods of editing information on social networks.
At the closing ceremony this morning, journalist Trong Kha, one of the class's lecturers, commented: "The students' learning attitude is very serious, and they interact well with the lecturers. Many students are willing to stay late after class to film, interview, and do homework."

Besides, according to journalist Trong Kha, students have a spirit of eagerness to learn and are willing to research new topics. "Although the study time is relatively short, after being shared and guided, students can somewhat grasp the difference between editing a press product and other types of media products," said journalist Trong Kha.
Journalist Trong Phuoc, Director of the Digital Content Development Center, in charge of the newspaper's Education Department, assessed that after only 1-3 sessions, students had completed products. Many students demonstrated good abilities and may have the opportunity to be recruited by the newspaper in the future.
Present at the closing ceremony, student Thu Trang expressed her joy at learning a lot of practical knowledge and participating in the real journalism process.
Students hope to intern, collaborate and work at Thanh Nien Newspaper in the future.

Meanwhile, Thinh Phat said: "If I didn't know how to write before, I can write much better now. If I have the chance, I still want to come back to intern at Thanh Nien Newspaper. I hope to be a collaborator and go to film reports with other journalists."
Student Anh Thu said that her time studying at Thanh Nien Newspaper was a valuable experience because journalists shared a lot of knowledge and practical experience.
