Before the matches of the round of 16 took place, the opening ceremony of the final round of the VCK began with performances of the "One circle of Vietnam" conical hat dance and Dong Do festival drums, imbued with Vietnamese identity.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Do Dinh Hong - Director of Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports sent his greetings to 256 players from 33 countries participating in Hanoi Open Pool 2024.

With the participation of 256 athletes, including 128 of the world's top athletes, this year's Hanoi Open Pool is dedicating to fans top matches and technical performances.

The tournament attracted thousands of spectators to cheer live and millions of viewers on television in Vietnam and internationally. That shows the growing appeal of billiards and the public's interest in the tournament.
