The project will have a public service area with a land use area of ​​over 1.65 hectares including the following items: Reception area, administrative and management area, souvenir area, countryside village, lotus silk weaving house; cluster for preserving traditional village activities (lotus silk weaving, herbal candle making, organic agricultural production); cluster for preserving traditional village activities; boat dock, restaurant;...

Bau Cu area has a land use area of ​​more than 13 hectares, including accommodation services, entertainment and experience;...

The project will also build a lotus river with a total water surface area of ​​more than 6 hectares. In addition, more than 2.4 hectares will be used to build technical infrastructure.

This project has been approved by the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for investment in the form of bidding to select investors.

Nam Dan District People's Committee is responsible for basing on the decision to approve the investment policy, establishing preliminary requirements for the investor's capacity and experience, submitting them to the Department of Planning and Investment for appraisal, reporting to the Provincial People's Committee for approval as a basis for announcing the project list and organizing bidding to select investors according to regulations.

The project will be implemented within 3 years from the date of meeting the conditions for commencement of construction as prescribed by law. Accordingly, the contents of investment preparation for construction are expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2024; the project items are expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026.

In Decision No. 1943/QD-TTg dated November 27, 2020, the Prime Minister approved the Planning for the conservation, restoration and promotion of the value of the special national relic of President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Site in Kim Lien Commune, Nam Dan District, Nghe An Province. The rice growing and conservation area of ​​​​blood dragon rice is an agricultural land located next to Chung Mountain with an area of ​​60.73 hectares belonging to the relic value promotion zone.

This place is planned as an area for growing and preserving dragon blood rice, cultivated organically, combined with a space for experiencing and preserving traditional village architecture.

The Binh Yen village project with a total area of ​​21.54 hectares implemented in the Red Dragon Rice Planting and Conservation Area is one of three projects to concretize the Plan to preserve, embellish and promote the value of the special national relic of President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Area.

The two remaining projects are the Chung Mountain Eco-cultural and Spiritual Tourism Area in Nam Dan with an area of ​​56.5 hectares (the investment policy has been approved by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee) and the Cultural Tourism Area with an area of ​​over 43 hectares (started on November 28, invested by T&T Group).

When completed, the above 3 projects will act as satellites to support and promote the value of the special national relic of President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Site in Kim Lien commune, Nam Dan district.
