After listening to Mr. Hien's request, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang requested the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to coordinate with the Department of Health to consider and resolve the regime for Ms. Pham Thi Hue quickly, in accordance with the provisions of the law.
The Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs quickly intervened and coordinated to resolve the case. On July 19, 2024, the Hai Duong Provincial Medical Examination Council issued a medical examination report No. 45/GĐYK-KNLĐ, after which the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs issued Decision No. 3722/QD-SLĐTBXH on monthly death benefits and monthly support benefits for relatives of revolutionary activists from January 1, 1945 to before the August 1945 General Uprising.
According to the decision, monthly pension and monthly child support allowance from July 1, 2024 will be provided to Ms. Pham Thi Hue (born in 1965, residing in Toan Thang commune, Gia Loc district), the daughter of Mr. Vu Quan (a revolutionary activist from January 1, 1945 to before the August 1945 General Uprising), who is severely disabled and lives alone.
The monthly death benefit is 1,565 million VND/month; the monthly foster care benefit is 2,231 million VND/month. Ms. Hue is entitled to receive the monthly death benefit and monthly foster care benefit from July 1, 2024.
