Accordingly, on this occasion, the City Women's Union will coordinate with the Department of Culture and Sports to organize the 2024 "Healthy and Beautiful Capital Women" Folk Dance Competition to strengthen propaganda and mobilize members and women to choose suitable sports to practice and improve their health.
Thereby, attracting more and more members, women and people to participate in the activities of the Association and practice mass sports. Encourage and motivate the movement of practicing and competing in sports among cadres and women members in the city, gradually improving the physical strength and spiritual and cultural life of Hanoi women, actively responding to the Campaign "All people practice physical training following the example of great Uncle Ho", contributing to building the Capital more and more civilized and modern.
At the same time, create a healthy and useful playground for members and women in the capital on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024); spread the image of the Association's activities and the contributions of members and women to building local cultural life.
The City Women's Union requests units to widely deploy to all levels of the City Women's Union, women's clubs/teams/groups practicing sports in the city; mobilize a large number of cadres, members, women and people to participate in response.
Participating units send their contest clips to the City Women's Union before August 10, 2024. Team sports folk dance performances on the background music of Vietnamese songs praising the beauty of the homeland, the capital, the country, and the fine traditions of Vietnamese women; foreign songs expressing the cultural characteristics of that country, ensuring conformity with Vietnamese customs and culture.
Regarding the activities in response to the Hanoi Tourism Ao Dai Festival 2024, this is an activity in a series of practical activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024); contributing to the continued development and promotion of Hanoi tourism associated with the promotion of Vietnam tourism. Thereby, to honor the value of traditional Ao Dai and the beauty of women in the Capital while promoting the role and responsibility of the Association at all levels and women in the Capital in preserving the traditional cultural beauty of the nation; making Ao Dai a Vietnamese cultural heritage.
Activities in response to the 2024 Hanoi Tourism Ao Dai Festival are organized in many diverse and rich forms, ensuring solemnity, economy, efficiency, practicality, focus, and key points in accordance with the reality of the city and localities; creating a broad political movement at all levels of the Association, attracting a large number of cadres, members, and women to participate.
Activities include: "Check in Hanoi" challenge with Ao Dai; launching Hanoi Ao Dai Month 2024; comprehensive art program of folk dance performances and Ao Dai Carnival "Capital Women Integration and Development".
