According to the penalty decision dated May 12, the Health Department Inspectorate noted that this clinic also did not comply with technical regulations in medical examination and treatment; the medical records issued to outpatients did not fully record personal information, health status, and disease diagnosis.
The clinic’s investor, Tan Thien Hoa Investment Joint Stock Company, was fined VND122 million and had its medical license revoked for three months. Two doctors and a nurse had their medical practice certificates revoked for two months. The clinic’s surgical operations were also suspended for two months.
The Health Department Inspectorate requested the clinic to withdraw the content of introduction and advertisement about unlicensed male medical examination and treatment.
