On the afternoon of August 10, Mr. Nghiem Xuan Cuong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, had a courtesy meeting with the delegation of young officials of the National Immigration Administration of China led by Mr. Ton Hong Tan, Director of the Personnel Department, National Immigration Administration of China.
At the reception, Mr. Nghiem Xuan Cuong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, informed the delegation of young cadres of the Chinese National Immigration Management about the potentials, strengths, natural conditions, unique cultural features of regions in Quang Ninh province and the results in economic development in recent years. Notably, in attracting FDI investment, trade, and tourism from China to Quang Ninh province.
He emphasized that the results have important participation of forces in the work of coordinating border management and protection, ensuring political security, order and social safety in border areas; closely coordinating in managing and controlling entry and exit of people, vehicles and goods through border gates; creating favorable conditions for businesses and people of the two countries to cross border gates and borders.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the exchange program between young officers and young cadres of the two forces. He believed that the success of the exchange program between young officers and young cadres of the two countries would continue to be the vanguard force, always taking the lead in implementing tasks, with great ambitions and a creative spirit, pure international solidarity will continuously cultivate, develop and deepen the Vietnam - China relationship to become increasingly deeper, more substantial and effective.
On behalf of the young cadres of the National Immigration Administration of China, Comrade Ton Hong Tan, Director of the Personnel Department, National Immigration Administration of China, thanked the warm welcome of the Vietnam Border Guard and Quang Ninh province during the exchange program between the two forces, which was held for the first time. The activities in Quang Ninh province will be beautiful and impressive memories for the young cadres of the National Immigration Administration of China participating in the exchange program between the two forces.
