Vice Chairman of MISA Board of Directors was elected to the Executive Board of the National Data Association for the 2025-2030 term.

At the 1st National Congress of the National Data Association (term 2025-2030), General Luong Tam Quang, Politburo member, Minister of Public Security, was elected to the position of President of the Association, along with 2 Vice Presidents and 59 members of the Executive Committee. Of which, Ms. Dinh Thi Thuy - Vice President of the Board of Directors of MISA was elected to the Executive Committee of the Association.

The congress was attended by General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and other Party and State leaders, representatives of associations, corporations and enterprises.

The National Data Association was established under Decision No. 10/QD-BNV dated January 10, 2025 of the Ministry of Home Affairs, with the mission of connecting management agencies, businesses, organizations and individuals operating in the data field. The Association aims to build a strong data ecosystem, contributing to promoting the development of the digital economy and increasing the value of data in the national economy.

The Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of MISA was honored to be elected to the Executive Committee of the National Data Association for the 2025-2030 term. With more than 30 years of experience in the technology field, MISA will actively contribute to the development of policies and development strategies, and support the Association's activities to promote the sustainable development of the technology industry, as well as the national innovation and digital transformation strategy. Together with the members of the Executive Committee, MISA representatives will participate in important decisions, contributing to the overall development of the industry and enhancing the value of the Association.

During its first term, the Association will focus on key activities including: coordinating with relevant authorities, associations and organizations to disseminate national policies and laws on data; participating in contributing opinions to relevant legal documents; making recommendations and consulting with competent state agencies on issues related to the development of the data industry; supporting relevant authorities when requested.
