Disseminate laws on environmental protection and occupational safety and hygiene to businesses

On March 27, the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board coordinated with the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Provincial Center for Disease Control, and the Vietnam Environmental Incident Response Center to organize a conference to disseminate and popularize laws on environmental protection and occupational safety and hygiene for enterprises in industrial parks and clusters.

Conference overview

At the conference, delegates were informed and disseminated the following contents: Instructions for implementing legal regulations on environmental protection and new points of Decree No. 05/2025/ND-CP, dated January 6, 2025, on Amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 08/2022/ND-CP, dated January 10, 2022 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Environmental Protection; new contents on environmental impact assessment reports, environmental licenses, and environmental information disclosure.

Practice instructions on using some specialized equipment and materials for environmental incident prevention and response.

Prevention and response to environmental incidents, current legal regulations on prevention and response to environmental incidents caused by oil, chemicals, and waste for businesses; instructions on the use of some specialized equipment and materials for prevention and response to environmental incidents. Occupational safety and hygiene, health care for employees in businesses.

Through the conference, it helps businesses update and promptly grasp new legal regulations, thereby strictly implementing requirements on occupational safety and hygiene and proactively preventing and controlling factors that pose a risk of causing environmental pollution, towards sustainable production.
