Inauguration of Phu Dam communal house, Phu Van commune

On March 30 (the 2nd day of the 3rd lunar month), the inauguration ceremony of Phu Dam communal house (Phu Van commune, Phu Ly city) took place. Phu Dam communal house, Phu Van commune was built by our ancestors in the early days of the village's establishment, converging all four elements "Gathering water - Gathering spirit - Gathering happiness - Gathering". The communal house worships the Four village guardian gods and the village's god.

Over many dynasties, the Four Village Guardian Gods and the Village Gods have been awarded many royal decrees. Phu Dam Village Communal House has been a place for spiritual and cultural activities of Phu Dam Village residents and visitors from all over the centuries. This place preserves and maintains many traditional intangible cultural values; the fine customs and traditions that are performed and recreated every year through the rituals and festivals of the village's traditional festival on the 10th, 11th, and 12th of the 11th lunar month.

Phu Dam communal house has been repaired and restored three times but has seriously degraded. With the permission and facilitation of competent authorities, on June 1, 2024 (April 25, Giap Thin year), the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Phu Dam communal house took place on the old land. With a team of skilled workers, the activeness of the members of the festival committee, the communal house construction committee in mobilizing philanthropists, benefactors, villagers, children far from home and tourists from all over to donate and support... after more than 9 months of urgent construction, the communal house was completed, ensuring technical and aesthetic standards.

At the inauguration ceremony, many delegates representing the Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front, departments, branches, organizations, local businesses, villagers, children working far away and tourists from all over came to attend and share the joy.

The completion of Phu Dam communal house will continue to be a place for spiritual and cultural activities of local people and attract visitors from all over, spreading the good traditional cultural values of the nation.
