According to the Organizing Committee, the program "Vu Lan - Filial Piety and Nation 2024" welcomes and looks forward to major events of the country such as: The 134th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2024; 70 years of Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2024); 77 years of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2024); 79 years of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2024); 70 years of Capital Liberation Day (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024); welcoming the Vu Lan Festival of Buddhist calendar 2568 - Gregorian calendar 2024 and especially looking forward to welcoming and looking forward to the United Nations Vesak Festival.
