Recognizing the importance of social supervision and criticism, in recent years, the Fatherland Front at all levels in the province has actively promoted its role and responsibility, effectively implementing this work. Thereby, promoting the role of the people as the main subject in social life, promoting democracy at the grassroots level.

Monitored activities The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations at all levels in the province proactively and comprehensively implement the tasks in a synchronous and focused manner in accordance with Decision No. 217-QD/TW dated December 12, 2013 of the Politburo and Directive No. 18-CT/TW dated October 26, 2022 of the Secretariat. Through monitoring activities, recommendations have been made to all levels and sectors to find solutions to overcome difficulties and obstacles. shortcomings affecting socio-economic development and social stability; ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of organizations and individuals to contribute to the implementation of local political tasks.
In the 2019-2024 term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations at all levels in the province chaired, organized and completed 2,720 monitoring programs, of which the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels chaired and completed 2,166 monitoring programs in all fields of economy, culture, society, security and order, administrative reform, and social security.
In particular, for the first time, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committees at all levels organized supervision of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and elected representatives. From 2021 to the end of 2023, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee supervised 97 comrades who were heads and deputy heads of district-level People's Committees and departments, branches, and sectors of the province. (36 comrades are chairmen and vice chairmen of district-level People's Committees; 61 comrades are directors, deputy directors, heads, deputy heads, directors, deputy directors of departments, branches and sectors of the province) ; supervise 1,342 People's Council delegates at all levels for the 2021-2026 term (18 provincial People's Council delegates, 85 district-level People's Council delegates, 1,239 commune-level People's Council delegates) with the main contents in performing responsibilities, powers, cultivating ethics and lifestyle to ensure objectivity, accuracy and consistency.
Along with that, the Fatherland Front at all levels also focused on supervising the work of land acquisition, compensation, support, and resettlement, contributing to ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of the people. The People's Inspection Committee, the Community Investment Supervision Committee, and grassroots mediation teams are regularly consolidated, improved, and operate effectively. In the 2019-2024 term, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee organized 2 programs to inspect the overall operations of the People's Inspection Committees and the Community Investment Supervision Committees; organized 2 provincial-level conferences and seminars. Every year, 10 to 12 training courses are organized to improve knowledge for members of the People's Inspection Committees and the Community Investment Supervision Committees. Maintain the effective operation of 1,569 mediation teams.

Social criticism activities have been gradually focused on implementation, ensuring proper functions, responsibilities and powers according to legal regulations, while creating conditions for people of all walks of life to promote their mastery and participate in the process of building policies, programs and plans for local socio-economic development. Over the past 5 years, the Fatherland Front Committees at all levels in the province have organized written criticism of over 1,500 draft resolutions submitted to People's Councils at all levels and decisions, programs and projects of People's Committees at all levels, and other legal documents sent to agencies and units in charge of drafting to receive comments.
From 2022 to present, strengthening the form of criticism through organizing conferences, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee has chaired the organization of 4 criticism conferences with high results. The criticisms of the Fatherland Front were fully accepted by the submitting agency and the issuing agency, becoming an important and necessary information channel to help local authorities consider issuing specific policies in the area; typically, criticism of the draft Regulation on multidimensional poverty standards, period 2023-2025 in the province; social criticism of the draft Resolution regulating areas where livestock farming is not allowed...
In addition to organizing written feedback and conferences, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and its member organizations have deployed feedback through information technology platforms such as portals, websites, community pages (fanpages), zalo groups... among union members, association members and people of all walks of life.
Through social supervision and criticism activities, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations promote the people's mastery in building the Party, government and political system to become increasingly stronger, creating conditions for socio-economic development in the area.
