According to Mr. Le Quang Trung - Chairman of Phuoc Son District People's Committee, the construction of the conservation area through bidding has been completed, however, the collection and purchase of exhibits to put into the Bh'noong Cultural Conservation Area has many difficulties.
"Cultural artifacts must be associated with each locality, village and are in the hands of the people. To buy these artifacts, we must establish an advisory board, a valuation board consisting of experts, researchers... to consider the cultural, historical, chronological aspects... to be able to propose a price to the people..." - Mr. Trung said.
According to Mr. Trung, the construction of the Bh'noong Cultural Conservation Area has created a positive impression on local people, greatly influencing the effective implementation of the campaign "Changing the thinking and working style of ethnic minorities" in the district. From there, people are clearly aware of the role between state policies and the efforts and advancement of themselves and their families... to move towards sustainable development and community building.
Visiting, understanding the situation and listening to the report of Phuoc Son district leaders on preserving and promoting the cultural values of the indigenous Bh'noong people to contribute to socio-economic development, Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet highly appreciated the efforts of the district leaders in implementing the campaign to change the thinking and working style of ethnic minorities to escape poverty sustainably.
"I propose that the Standing Committee of Phuoc Son District Party Committee effectively, substantially and resolutely implement this campaign. People must rise up and escape poverty on their own. We have money, mechanisms, guidance and support, and together with the people's awareness, we can develop sustainably... I propose that Phuoc Son be a model for the whole province in this campaign according to the resolution of the District Party Committee" - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Luong Nguyen Minh Triet emphasized.
