In order to effectively apply digital transformation to production and business activities, Quang Tri Power Company (PC Quang Tri) has put into use an automatic phase control system. This system helps to quickly and accurately control data instead of manual operations that take a lot of time and have low accuracy as before.

Customer meter reading is a mandatory task that must be performed quarterly according to Decree 137/2013/ND-CP and the "Meter reading procedure" under the Electricity Business Procedures set issued with Decision No. 1199/QD-EVN dated September 1, 2021 of Vietnam Electricity Group.
Accordingly, company leaders, department heads, directors, deputy directors of power companies as well as business officers can monitor reporting data on divergence control of electricity customers through the electronic information portal of PC Quang Tri at: http://qtpc.cpc.vn/ section "Divergence control".
This system will exploit data from the CMIS program and automatically synthesize through the self-built Service system of the unit. From there, visualize the data to display on the user device interface. Thereby, helping unit leaders and business staff to grasp the current divergence control situation to make appropriate adjustments according to the regulations on divergence of recording customer electricity usage index.
The automatic reporting system for divergence control is linked to real-time data to help reports be summarized regularly. In particular, the system will automatically send messages via eOffice Chat every day at 7:00 a.m. so that power managers and business managers can promptly grasp data to effectively manage divergence control work.
Previously, when there was no software tool to support divergence control, Quang Tri PC had to do it manually, using data from the CMIS program, combined with Excel spreadsheets for control. These manual operations were time-consuming and not very accurate. Now, with the automatic divergence control reporting system, units have been able to monitor and control accurately and quickly the data of customers outside of their activities that are diverging in violation of regulations.
In addition, the automatic reporting system for divergence control helps managers proactively monitor, promptly grasp and manage customer care work.
Helps managers have an overview of the needs and electricity usage of large and key customers. In particular, it helps proactively monitor, promptly grasp, and manage customer care and production and business operations of the company.
Putting into use the automatic reporting system for divergence control and automatically sending warning messages about divergence control information to customers using electricity helps shorten the reporting time, divergence control processing operations and take the initiative in management and operation of production and business, thereby contributing to improving the quality of electricity use of customers. This is the effort of PC Quang Tri in the process of automating production and business processes to better meet the requirements of digital transformation in enterprises.
