Mr. Vu Hong Van, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission, was transferred to hold the position of Secretary of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee to replace Mr. Nguyen Hong Linh.
On the morning of January 25, Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Politburo's decision on local personnel work.
Mr. Le Minh Hung, Head of the Central Organizing Committee, presented the decision and flowers to congratulate Mr. Vu Hong Van.
The representative of the Central Organizing Committee announced and presented the Politburo's decision on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Vu Hong Van, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission, to hold the position of Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee and to join the Party Committee of Military Region 7, term 2020-2025.
Previously, Mr. Vu Hong Van's predecessor, Mr. Nguyen Hong Linh, was elected by the 13th Party Central Committee Conference to be a member of the Central Inspection Commission.
Mr. Vu Hong Van was the Deputy Political Commissar of the Mobile Police Command (K20, Ministry of Public Security). In June 2018, the Minister of Public Security appointed Mr. Van as Director of Dak Lak Provincial Police. At the end of November 2019, Mr. Van was transferred to become Director of Dong Nai Provincial Police.
In early July 2022, Mr. Van was transferred and appointed by the Minister of Public Security to hold the position of Director of the Department of Internal Political Security.
At the 8th Central Conference of the 13th tenure, Mr. Vu Hong Van was elected by the Central Executive Committee to be a member of the Central Inspection Commission.
At the end of October 2022, the Secretariat signed a decision to transfer Mr. Van to work at the Central Inspection Commission.
In August 2024, the Politburo decided to approve Mr. Van to hold the position of Deputy Head of the 13th Central Inspection Commission.
