Projects such as An Phu intersection, Ring Road 3, T3 station, Tran Quoc Hoan - Cong Hoa connecting road... are all entering the construction acceleration phase to be completed in 2025.

According to the assessment of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, in 2025, a series of transport infrastructure projects in the area will enter the acceleration phase to complete, put into operation and promote public investment disbursement. Up to now, the progress of some key projects is quite good, expected to be completed in 2025.

Specifically, the metro railway project No. 2 (Ben Thanh - Tham Luong) has completed compensation and site clearance procedures, of which 99.8% of the site is clean.

Currently, the progress of relocating technical infrastructure at 12 station locations has reached more than 30%, slower than planned.

The reasons are that the project is being constructed in a narrow space; intersections with existing underground structures are handled outside the design; there are cases where households have part of the construction area within the project boundary; lack of unity and coordination among units during the construction process...

However, the entire technical infrastructure is guaranteed to be completed in the third quarter of 2025 to start the project in December 2025.

For the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project, the project is entering the peak construction phase, speeding up progress and ensuring the quality of construction of the bid packages.

Currently, in Thu Duc City, the construction volume of package XL1 has reached more than 30%, of which the traffic item connecting Nhon Trach bridge (Dong Nai province) with Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay expressway has been completed about 70%; packages XL2 and XL3 are focusing on implementing many construction phases on schedule; the parallel road is expected to open to traffic on June 30 and the overpass section to open to traffic at the end of 2025.

The bidding packages in Cu Chi - Hoc Mon - Binh Chanh districts are also being implemented on schedule, ensuring technical traffic opening on April 30, 2026.

It is expected that by April 30, the Ring Road 3 project passing through Ho Chi Minh City will complete the connection between Nhon Trach Bridge and the intersection between Package 1 and Long Thanh - Dau Giay Expressway.

The goal is that by the end of 2025, the project can operate on the first closed route of Ring Road 3, connecting Dong Nai via Nhon Trach Bridge to Tan Van intersection.

At the An Phu intersection project, the progress to date has reached more than 60% of the total volume. Of which, the project has completed most of the important items such as Ba Dat bridge, Giong Ong To 2 bridge and other items, striving to complete in 2025.

At the gateway to Tan Son Nhat airport, the Tran Quoc Hoan - Cong Hoa connecting road project has achieved over 90% progress. The project has opened to traffic at 2 points: Phan Thuc Duyet underpass and the section connecting Thang Long - 18E - Cong Hoa road.

The remaining part of section 18E - C12 and the expansion of Hoang Hoa Tham Street, in which the Hoang Hoa Tham Street expansion package has progressed nearly 80% due to land clearance problems in Tan Binh District. The entire project is expected to be completed by April 30.

The construction project of the T3 passenger terminal at Tan Son Nhat International Airport has reached nearly 90% of the workload. Major items such as the bridge, elevator system, escalator, telescopic bridge, baggage conveyor, X-ray machine... are being accelerated.

The project is expected to be completed 3 months earlier than planned, ready to put the station into operation on April 30.
