Mr. Vo Tan Duc holds the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Nai province.

TPO - The 19th session of the 10th term Dong Nai Provincial People's Council elected Mr. Vo Tan Duc to hold the position of Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee.

On the morning of August 19, at the 19th Session (special session), the 10th term People's Council of Dong Nai province reviewed and implemented personnel work.

At the meeting, delegates voted to elect Mr. Vo Tan Duc, acting Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee, as Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

Result: Mr. Vo Tan Duc was elected by the People's Council of Dong Nai province to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Dong Nai Provincial People's Council delegates vote to elect the position of Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee

Earlier in the morning of the same day, Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce and present the decision of the Secretariat approving Mr. Vo Tan Duc to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.

Mr. Vo Tan Duc, 54 years old, is from Long Thanh district (Dong Nai province). He has a Master's degree in Construction Management, Bachelor's degree in National Economic Planning; Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting; and Senior in Political Theory.

Before being assigned as Acting Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Vo Tan Duc held the following positions: Vice Chairman of Nhon Trach District People's Committee; Deputy Secretary of District Party Committee, Chairman of Long Thanh District People's Committee. He was elected as Vice Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee at the end of 2020.

In his acceptance speech, the new Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc promised to do his best to seize opportunities, promote fortunes, overcome difficulties and challenges, and overcome the province's shortcomings; to work with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial Party Executive Committee to promote the spirit of solidarity and unity to successfully implement the Resolution of the 11th Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress and, together with the whole country, to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.
