It is expected that tomorrow there will be 3 households subject to forced eviction, but so far all three households have agreed to hand over the land.
According to the leader of Bien Hoa City, the site clearance work for the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway section passing through Bien Hoa City on March 4 had many positive changes.
Ms. Dang Thi Kieu Dung's household, which is on the list of households that will be forcibly evicted, has now agreed to hand over the land.
As planned, on March 5, Bien Hoa City People's Committee will coordinate with the Provincial Land Fund Development Center and Tam Phuoc and Phuoc Tan wards to enforce compulsory eviction of households that have completed procedures and documents but have not yet handed over the land.
After reviewing legal procedures, the list of forced evictions on March 5 will include 3 households: Ms. Dang Thi Kieu Dung (land plot 142, map sheet 76), Mr. Nguyen Van Thiem (land plot 301, map sheet 54) and Ms. Doan Thi Tuoi (land plot 118, map sheet 75).
According to Bien Hoa City leaders, after being persuaded for the last time, two households agreed to dismantle the architectural works and hand over the land, namely Mr. Nguyen Van Thiem and Ms. Doan Thi Tuoi.
For Ms. Dang Thi Kieu Dung's household, the area to be recovered is 460m2, on which there is a level 4 house, after the Bien Hoa City People's Committee issued a decision on enforcement and is expected to be implemented on March 5. Currently, Ms. Dung's family has also agreed to receive compensation support according to State regulations, and at the same time hand over the site today.
In recent days, authorities have accelerated site clearance to serve the highway project.
Working with the Land Acquisition Enforcement Board, Mr. Ho Van Nam, Secretary of Bien Hoa City Party Committee, said that the fact that the first households on the list of households subject to compulsory eviction measures have agreed to hand over the land is convenient for both the people and state agencies.
Mr. Nam requested the People's Committee of Bien Hoa City to quickly coordinate with the Land Fund Development Center and Phuoc Tan and Tam Phuoc wards to continue to focus on reviewing and completing legal procedures of households that have not yet handed over the land to issue enforcement decisions in the following days, determined to hand over the entire land in March.
A representative of the Economic Police Department of Dong Nai Province Police said that the Provincial Police have mobilized 150 officers and soldiers divided into 4 working groups to support in the coming days if enforcement is required.
The leader of Tam Phuoc Ward People's Committee said that there are still 25 households that have not agreed to hand over the land with an area of about 4,000m2, of which 7 households are subject to compulsory eviction procedures.
