Expected transaction time is from September 17 to October 16, by transfer method without going through the transaction system at the Stock Exchange.

Based on the closing price of DIG shares on September 12, which was 21,700 VND/share, it is estimated that the number of shares Ms. Thanh received is worth more than 450 billion VND.

Currently, the person related to Ms. Thanh at DIC Corp is her son, Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong, who owns nearly 62 million DIG shares (10.16%).

Previously, on August 19, Mr. Cuong - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors was elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and at the same time the legal representative of DIC Corp to replace his father, Mr. Nguyen Thien Tuan.

Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong was born in 1982, has a degree in Construction Engineering, Master of Business Administration, and has been associated with DIC Corp for a long time.

In February 2024, Ms. Thanh sold 940,000 DIG shares; after the transaction, she still has more than 4,900 shares as of now.
