(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the afternoon of October 9, the Hai Phong Department of Health held a conference to announce the Decision of the Chairman of the City People's Committee on personnel work at the City Center for Disease Control. Director of the Department of Health Le Minh Quang chaired the conference.

Pursuant to Decision No. 3452/QD-UBND dated September 27, 2024, the Chairman of the City People's Committee decided to appoint Mr. Dong Trung Kien, Deputy Director in charge of the City Center for Disease Control to hold the position of Director of the City Center for Disease Control under the Department of Health. The term of appointment is 5 years.

Presenting the Decision and speaking at the Conference, Director of the Department of Health Le Minh Quang congratulated Comrade Dong Trung Kien, hoping that he would continue to promote his capacity, qualities, and solidarity so that the City Center for Disease Control could continue to fulfill its assigned tasks, bringing the City Center for Disease Control on par with the Centers for Disease Control of provinces and cities across the country; striving to become a regional Control Center, together with the health sector, contributing to ensuring the safety of the people against all epidemics, successfully completing the sector's goals in the spirit of Resolution 45 of the Politburo.
