(Haiphong.gov.vn) - Practically responding to the Campaign "All people exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho" , on November 17, Hai Phong Youth Sports and Culture Palace organized the 19th Hai Phong Youth Sports and Culture Palace Badminton Tournament in 2024.
The 2024 tournament attracted the participation of 112 athletes from 9 Clubs, with 97 matches. The competition content includes men's doubles with the following ages: under 30, from 31 to 40, from 41 to 50, 51 and above; mixed doubles with the following ages: 35 and under, from 36 to 45, from 46 to 50, 51 and above. With the spirit of " Solidarity - Honesty - Nobility - Progress ", the athletes brought many beautiful matches, highly appreciated for their expertise.
The tournament is organized not only to encourage members and students to raise awareness in training physical health and will in the spirit of " Healthy to work, study and contribute "; but this is also an opportunity for members and students of the Clubs to meet, exchange, share experiences, improve their bravery and competitive ability ; create a vibrant competitive atmosphere between the Clubs; contribute to promoting the badminton training movement.
The Badminton Tournament of Hai Phong Youth Sports and Culture Palace is an important event in the annual cultural and sports activities , affirming the growth of the badminton movement of Hai Phong Youth Sports and Culture Palace in particular and Hai Phong city in general. Thereby, contributing to promoting the development of badminton training and mass sports movements; meeting the physical and mental training needs of all ages and all classes of people in the city./.
