Recently, Saigon - Hanoi Securities Joint Stock Company (SHS) announced a change in related persons of internal persons.
Accordingly, from June 9, Saigon - Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank Finance Company Limited (SHB Finance) is no longer an organization related to Mr. Do Quang Vinh - Chairman of the Board of Directors of SHS and Mr. Le Dang Khoa - Member of the Board of Directors of SHS.
Specifically, Mr. Do Quang Vinh is no longer the Permanent Vice Chairman - Member of the Board of Members of SHB Finance and Mr. Le Dang Khoa is no longer a member of the Board of Members of SHB Finance from June.
This move comes after Saigon - Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB) completed the transfer of 50% of SHB Finance's charter capital to its partner, Ayudhya Public Company Limited (Krungsri) of Thailand, a strategic member of MUFG Group in May.
Mr. Do Quang Vinh was born in 1989, Master of Finance and Management at the University of East Anglia, UK. Mr. Vinh has held many senior management positions in the fields of finance and banking.

After that, Mr. Vinh left the Chairman position and became the Permanent Vice Chairman of the Board of Members. At the end of 2021, Mr. Vinh was appointed Deputy General Director and Director of Digital Banking at SHB Bank.
Half a year later, in April 2022, Mr. Do Quang Vinh was elected as a member of the Board of Directors of SHB Bank and replaced Mr. Do Quang Hien as Chairman of SHS Securities.
Recently, Mr. Do Quang Vinh has withdrawn all capital from Hon Ngoc Asia Joint Stock Company - the investor implementing the construction of Hon Ngoc Asia Coastal Tourist Area project. This project has an area of about 12 hectares, with an investment capital of 4,800 billion VND on coastal land in Ngu Hanh Son district, Da Nang .
