On the evening of March 27, speaking with VietNamNet reporter, Mr. Cao Thanh Bao, Principal of Ha Huy Tap High School (Vinh City, Nghe An Province) said that the unit is coordinating with Vinh Tan Ward Police to clarify the incident of a female 11th grade student being beaten by a group of people.

At around 11:30 a.m. on March 26, female student THMN (class 11D6) was asked by a group of female student PTKL (class 12D5) to go to Vinh Tan Lake (Vinh Tan Ward) to resolve a conflict. There, N. was beaten by L.'s group, causing her nose cartilage to be crushed, and had to be hospitalized at Nghe An Provincial Hospital.

According to the school principal, the cause stemmed from a small conflict. "Female student N. was teased by students in the school. Afterwards, N. asked another friend to intervene and tell L.'s group to stop teasing her. However, L. said that "N. went to tell the story to someone else" which led to the conflict," Mr. Cao Thanh Bao informed.
