On the afternoon of March 30, a representative of the Traffic Police Department of Hanoi Police said that the unit is investigating and consolidating documents to handle a group of young men driving motorbikes violating traffic order and safety on Nhat Tan Bridge.

Previously on March 29, a clip appeared on social media recording a group of young people driving motorbikes on Nhat Tan Bridge, showing signs of violating traffic laws and causing traffic insecurity.

Immediately upon receiving the information, the City Police Department directed the Traffic Police Department to quickly investigate, verify, and strictly handle the matter according to regulations.

Using professional measures, the Traffic Police Department identified the vehicle and the group of drivers involved in the above clip and invited them to the police station for questioning.

The identities of those involved were clarified as follows: NKĐ (born in 2007, driving motorbike with license plate 88AC-041.XX); Đ.QT (born in 2008, driving motorbike with license plate 88AC-020.XX); TVP (born in 2008, driving motorbike with license plate 88AC-001.XX), all three of whom are permanent residents of Vinh Yen City (Vinh Phuc Province).

At the police station, the people involved initially confessed to driving a motorbike in violation of traffic safety on Nhat Tan Bridge at noon on March 29.

Currently, the Traffic Police Department is continuing to verify and clarify the vehicle and other related subjects, consolidate the records, and handle them according to the provisions of law.
