On November 23, according to information from Hiep Binh Chanh Ward Police, Thu Duc City (HCMC), this agency received a report from a female student of NNTH, grade 12, Saigon High School (Binh Thanh District, HCMC) about the female student being beaten by her parents, causing injuries.

According to the report, during the class, there was a personal conflict between TH, BCNN and NNQN (all in class 12D21). QN's family sent many text messages threatening to deal with TH and NN after the incident.

On November 19, QN's family went to Opal Garden apartment building (Road No. 20, Hiep Binh Chanh Ward, Thu Duc City), where the TH female student lives, to talk.

Here, when TH went down to the lobby to meet QN, she was threatened by QN's family, then beaten in the face and chest, causing injuries to the female student.

After the incident, the family of the female student TH went to the school and the Hiep Binh Chanh Ward Police, Thu Duc City to report the incident.

The leader of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training said that after receiving information about the incident, although it happened outside the school, the Department of Education and Training requested Saigon High School to report the incident related to the student.

On the afternoon of November 23, Saigon High School sent a report to the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City. According to the report, the cause stemmed from a loud argument between students TTS and VTH (a close friend of student QN, both in class 12D21) on the afternoon of November 17.

Knowing that these two students had a conflict, the school directed the homeroom teacher to invite the two students to write a report on this incident.

On the same day, through information, the homeroom teacher learned that between TTTH student and BCNN (TTS student's deskmate) there was also a "back and forth" with QN student. After the teacher analyzed and explained, the students understood and committed to reconciliation.

Teachers also instruct students that when conflicts arise, they need to contact and report to the homeroom teacher for resolution. At the same time, they organize class activities and remind and discipline students involved in the incident and advise them to focus highly on their studies because this is an important school year that determines their 12-year study results.

From November 20-22, the above students still went to class as usual, completing their learning tasks. The homeroom teacher and the school were not aware of the incident that happened on the afternoon of November 19 in the lobby of the Opal Gaden apartment building.

After receiving the information, according to TTTH parents and students, on the afternoon of November 19, QN students and their parents made an appointment with TS, NN, and TH to come to the lobby of TH students' apartment building in Opal Gaden apartment building to talk. During the conversation, there was a conflict between TH students and QN students' parents.

After the incident, the family took the TH student to the doctor. This was a sudden incident, occurring in a short period of time. As soon as the information was received, the homeroom teacher proactively discussed and invited the student's parents to the school to discuss the matter, however, up to now, the parents have not come to the school to discuss the incident.

The Board of Directors continued to direct the homeroom teacher to communicate with the class, parents and students to stabilize the students' psychology and learning. At the same time, the Board of Directors and the School Council visited the students' homes to encourage them, grasp the wishes of the students' parents to have appropriate solutions.

On the morning of November 23, the School Board was informed that TH students did not come to school. The School Board representative contacted the students to inquire about their health, encouraged them to rest assured; at the same time, directed the Board of Directors to arrange teachers to support learning content during the time the students were absent, and the medical department sent staff to provide psychological support to the students.

In a report to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training about the student assault, Saigon High School informed that to prevent the incident from becoming complicated, the school coordinated with Ward 12 Police and Binh Thanh District Police. During the discussion with the authorities, the school requested the support of the police to have a basis for handling the case because the incident took place outside the school's premises, at the student's residence in Thu Duc City.
