Regarding the video circulating online about a female student being beaten by a group of people in Binh Duong, the police have verified the identities of those involved.

On November 30, Thuan An City Police, Binh Duong Province, said they had investigated and verified the case of a female student being beaten and threatened in connection with a video that has been circulating online in recent days.
The results identified the victim as a female student named V., 13 years old. At the time of the incident around April 2024, V. was in 7th grade at a middle school in Lai Thieu ward, Thuan An city, Binh Duong province.
The location of the assault was determined to be at a house on Binh Nham 03 Street, Binh Nham Ward.
The reason for the assault was that V. had a conflict with his classmates regarding badmouthing each other. Afterwards, about 10 teenagers asked V. to come to the above area and beat V. up, using their phones to record the incident.
In November 2024, V. continued to receive videos from the group of teenagers and was threatened with further assault, so she told her parents about the incident. Her parents then found out and reported it to the police.
Police have identified five of the teenagers seen in the video assaulting V. and are continuing to identify the remaining teenagers. Initial investigations have determined that the teenagers are between 12 and 16 years old.
According to the police, the incident is serious, showing signs of the crime of "intentional infliction of injury" and is being further investigated.
