MU wants Nicolo Barella in Summer 2023
Gazzetta dello Sport announced that the possibility of Nicolo Barella joining MU is higher than any other club.
It has recently been reported that Newcastle are negotiating a deal with Barella when the Magpies play in the Champions League next season.
However, the source claims that coach Erik ten Hag's team are the ones leading the race for the Inter Milan midfielder.
Barella was in fine form last season, contributing nine goals and ten assists in 52 appearances for the black-and-blue team. He still has three years left on his contract with Inter Milan.
However, due to the difficult financial situation, Inter Milan will not refuse to sell Barella if they receive an attractive offer.
According to the source, there have been phone calls between the two sides and MU made it clear to Barella that they want to bring him to the Premier League this summer.

MU and the plan to sell 13 players
According to Daily Mail , Man Utd plans to sell 13 players in the 2023 summer transfer window. They want to earn 100 million pounds to reinvest in buying players.
Ten Hag's transfer budget at Man Utd in the summer of 2023 has been cut to £120m due to financial fair play pressure. Meanwhile, the Dutch coach wants to bring in at least one midfielder, one striker and one goalkeeper.
In that context, coach Ten Hag plans to liquidate 13 players to earn 100 million pounds to reinvest in buying players.
Among them, stars like Jadon Sancho, Anthony Martial, Harry Maguire and Scott McTominay are not considered to be forced to sell but will leave if they receive a reasonable offer.
In the case of Jadon Sancho, who joined Man Utd for £73m, the Red Devils accepted to cut their losses and only wanted to collect £45m. Harry Maguire was bought for £80m and was allowed to leave for £40m.
In addition, Man Utd want to collect 25 million pounds in the Anthony Martial deal in the context that this player has only one year left on his contract. Finally, they are willing to let McTominay go for 40 million pounds.

However, according to Gazzetta, the "Old Lady" has little hope, as MU promises a higher salary for Adrien, as well as an attractive commission for his mother, Veronique.

MU stopped the Mason Mount deal?
Man Utd has been the most determined team to pursue Mason Mount since the beginning of the summer, however the Manchester team has not found common ground with Chelsea on the transfer fee. It is likely that Mount's deal to Man Utd will not be successful.
