Joy from model new rural residential area

Visiting Zone 7, Khai Xuan Commune, Thanh Ba District, we clearly felt the joy and excitement of the people when the area was recognized as a model new rural residential area. Solid, spacious houses, clean concrete roads, shady trees, blooming flowers along the roadside; newly built, spacious, modern cultural houses...

People actively plant flowers and ornamental plants to create appearance and vitality for the countryside.

Having been attached to the job of the area chief for many years, Mr. Nguyen Hong Ky was proud to lead us to visit the village roads and alleys to introduce the changes in his hometown. The appearance of area 7, Khai Xuan commune is increasingly prosperous; people's lives are increasingly improved. The traffic and irrigation systems are complete; trade and commerce are developed, the landscape and environment are clean and airy... The consensus and determination to build a model new rural area have enhanced the solidarity and responsibility of 118 households in the area.

After 8 months of implementing the construction of the model new rural area, area 7 has mobilized a total budget of nearly 700 million VND; the people voluntarily donated 2,000m2 of land to build roads and contributed hundreds of working days. Of which, the State budget supported 130 million VND; the rest was contributed by the people and children living far from home. With the above capital, the area has invested in building infrastructure such as: Building a new cultural house with an area of ​​240m2, fully equipped with amenities such as: Amplifiers, speakers, tables and chairs, wifi system... with a total budget of over 600 million VND. Building, upgrading and expanding 1.5km of rural traffic routes; planting 1km of peony and rose flower roads...

Leaders of the District Labor Federation presented congratulatory flower baskets and awarded the Decision to recognize the Model New Rural Residential Area to the People of Zone 7.

Up to now, the environmental landscape and aesthetics of the area are bright - green - clean - beautiful. All hazardous solid waste in the area is collected, transported and treated to meet environmental protection requirements. 100% of households have access to clean water according to standards; average income per capita reaches over 75 million VND/person/year; the rate of cultural families reaches over 98%... The political security situation and social order and safety of the area are always maintained. Cultural, artistic and sports activities take place vigorously; the grassroots democracy ordinance is increasingly promoted...

This achievement is the result of the tireless efforts of cadres, party members and all the people in the area. The implementation of construction works is carried out publicly and transparently according to the motto "People know, people discuss, people do, people inspect, people supervise and people enjoy". The Front Committee of the area has proactively deployed propaganda work to cadres, party members and people in many forms, creating consensus and support, contributing to building and consolidating the people's trust in the Party Committee and the government. From there, it encourages and motivates people to voluntarily participate in contributing money and effort to build a model new rural area.

The Cultural House of Zone 7, Khai Xuan Commune was newly built with a total cost of over 600 million VND, covering an area of ​​240 square meters and fully equipped with amenities.

Comrade Nguyen Truong Thanh - Chairman of the People's Committee of Khai Xuan commune said: The process of building advanced new rural areas has aroused the endogenous strength from the great solidarity and unity of the people, successfully building Zone 7 into a model new rural area, becoming a livable countryside.

The results achieved from building a model new rural area will be a source of motivation, adding strength for the people of Zone 7 to firmly believe in the leadership of the Party and government, and strive to build prosperous springs.
