With the topic “Improving customer experience”, during a week of research at Kim Dental Clinic, Harvard Business School members came into contact with each customer touchpoint as well as exchanged expertise with leaders and managers of departments, thereby pointing out the remaining problems and proposing solutions to improve customer experience during the examination and treatment at Kim Dental Clinic.
