(Dan Tri) - In the auction of 27 land plots in Ha Dong district (Hanoi) last October, the customer who won the land plot worth 15 billion VND (262 million VND/m2) paid more than 7.1 billion VND in land use fees.
On December 13, a representative of the Ha Dong District Construction Investment Project Management Board (Hanoi) said that 5/27 land plots of the auction on October 19 had customers pay about 50% of the first land use fee as prescribed (including the deposit when participating in the auction).
Notably, the land plot in Dong Danh - Dong Coc area (Phu Luong ward) with an area of 57.5m2 won the highest auction price of over 262 million VND/m2, total value of over 15 billion VND, the customer paid over 7.1 billion VND.
In addition, 4 other plots of land with winning prices ranging from 9.7 billion VND to 12.2 billion VND with an area of 62.5-66.8m2 have paid 50% of the first phase of land use fees. The remaining 22 plots of land have not yet had customers pay the first phase of land use fees after the auction results were recognized.

According to regulations, the auction winner must pay 50% of the land use fee as notified within 30 days (first installment) and pay the remaining 50% within 90 days. If the first installment is not paid, the customer can still pay 100% of the land use fee within 90 days and must pay late payment interest as prescribed.
On the morning of October 19, Ha Dong district (Hanoi) organized an auction of 27 residential land plots in the locations of Ha Khau copper area, Dong Danh - Dong Coc area, Dong Bo - Dong Chuc - Cua Cau - Dong Men area (area B, Phu Luong ward); Sau Chua area (symbol X8, Yen Nghia ward); Duoc area (symbol X7, Duong Noi ward).
The plots of land to be auctioned range in area from 48.7m2 to 72.1m2, with starting prices ranging from 22.8-32.2 million VND/m2, and deposits ranging from 221.9 million to 436.3 million VND/plot. The purpose of land use is urban residential land, the form of use is the State allocating land with land use fees. The land use term is long-term.
The highest winning lot belongs to Dong Danh - Dong Coc area (Phu Luong ward) with a winning price of more than 262 million VND/m2 with an area of 57.5m2, a total of 15 billion VND, nearly 8.2 times higher than the starting price. The lowest lot has a price of nearly 132.8 million VND/m2.
