In 2024, the legal regulations on emulation and rewards of Ha Dong district have gradually become routine and have received attention from all levels and sectors. From the beginning of 2024, 100% of departments, branches, sectors, unions and People's Committees of wards have launched emulation movements, developed and implemented emulation work plans with specific goals and solutions, focusing on socio-economic development.
The focus is on the tasks of land management, urban order; site clearance; investment in basic construction; ensuring social security; implementing the "Year of urban civilized order"; "Joining hands for the poor - no one is left behind"; "Cadres, civil servants, and public employees compete to practice office culture"...
In particular, Ha Dong district has launched the emulation movement "Good people, good deeds" to commend and honor typical advanced examples, good people, good deeds, associated with implementing other patriotic emulation movements to units, cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, workers and all people in the district.

Thanks to that, the emulation movement "Good people, good deeds" has spread profound humanistic values, is a spiritual motivation, encourages the staff to be proactive and creative, dare to think, dare to do, resolutely overcome difficulties, and excellently complete assigned tasks.
On this occasion, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Dong District Can Thi Viet Ha was awarded the Third Class Labor Medal by the President for her outstanding achievements in work and contributions to the cause of national construction and defense; the collective Office of the Ha Dong District Party Committee and Mr. Tran Van Hai - Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Ha Dong District were awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister for their outstanding achievements in the period 2019 - 2023.
In addition, 57 outstanding collectives and individuals of Ha Dong district with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement were commended and rewarded by the Hanoi People's Committee and the Ha Dong District People's Committee.
Launching the emulation movement in 2025, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Dong District Can Thi Viet Ha affirmed that 2025 is a year of special importance, the final year to implement the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels and the goals of the 5-year socio-economic development plan (2021 - 2025); the year of the Party Congresses at all levels, so Ha Dong District launched a patriotic emulation movement in all fields and called on all cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the district to promote the spirit of solidarity, intelligence, discipline, creativity, actively compete, strive to complete and exceed the goals and targets assigned by the district for 2025.
At the same time, improve the quality of commendation work, pay attention to praising and promptly rewarding achievements in implementing key political tasks; focus on rewarding small groups and direct workers; promote propaganda, discover, foster and replicate advanced models, good people, good deeds, creating positive effects and spreading power among cadres and people of all walks of life in the district.
