According to Resolution No. 191/2025/QH15 on the policy of additional investment in charter capital for the period 2024-2026 of the parent company - Vietnam Expressway Corporation; some urgent mechanisms and solutions to implement the project of renovating, repairing, upgrading and building a new Headquarters of the Office of the President, the National Assembly agreed on the policy of additional investment in charter capital for the parent company - Vietnam Expressway Corporation for the period 2024 - 2026 with an additional amount of VND 38,251 billion from the Enterprise Development Investment Fund of VND 1,562 billion and the state budget source has assigned the plan to the Ministry of Transport to invest in 05 expressway projects invested by Vietnam Expressway Corporation and has been disbursed VND 36,689 billion.
The National Assembly also allowed the implementation of a number of urgent mechanisms and solutions necessary to implement the Project to renovate, repair, upgrade and build a new Headquarters of the Office of the President at 2 Le Thach, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi as proposed by the Government.
This Resolution takes effect from the date of its approval by the National Assembly (February 19, 2025).
