Only then will parents feel secure and confident in sending their children to gifted schools. With a force of students, from there will be a force of talent" - Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong affirmed.

The Deputy Minister also pointed out many specific issues in training specialized arts professions such as teaching time, training system inherited from the world's art training quintessence and applied in Vietnam since 1956. The Deputy Minister hoped that through the meeting, delegates would review and contribute ideas to complete the draft Decree.

Reporting at the meeting, Mr. Le Anh Tuan, Director of the Department of Training (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) said: Pursuant to Notice No. 8/TB-VPCP dated January 11, 2024 of the Government Office on the Conclusion of Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha at the meeting on the draft Decree regulating training in specialized majors and occupations in the field of art (draft Decree); In Notice No. 8/TB-VPCP, it is requested that the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism preside over and coordinate with the Ministries (Justice, Education and Training, Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs and related Ministries) to focus on the following 3 contents: Clearly report the legal basis of the regulations on the scope of the draft Decree; add an impact assessment report to the submission; Specify the continuing education activities that higher education institutions are allowed to organize; Clearly define the authority to issue the List of specific specialized industries and specialized industries and occupations in the field of arts; the authority to add new industries and occupations to this List.
