Attending the event were Mr. Ha Van Ut - Director of the Department of Industry and Trade; Mr. Pham Thanh Nhan - Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs; and 45 members who are enterprises and business establishments in the field of liquefied gas in the province.

At the Congress, the representative of the Department of Home Affairs announced and presented the Decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the establishment of the Binh Duong Province Liquefied Gas Business Association.

According to the Decision, the Binh Duong Liquefied Petroleum Gas Business Association is a social-professional organization, organized and operated according to the Charter approved by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, in compliance with the provisions of law, and under the State management of the Department of Home Affairs and the Department of Industry and Trade.

Mr. Pham Thanh Nhan - Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs presented the Decision to allow the establishment of the Binh Duong Province Liquefied Petroleum Gas Business Association.

The Congress approved the direction of activities for the 2025-2030 term and the Association's Charter. Accordingly, the strategic goal during the term is to reduce unfair competition to the lowest level; promptly report to the authorities any illegal business activities; support and help members to fully carry out legal procedures related to the Association's business lines; advise, support and help members when they encounter technical and sales difficulties.

The Congress elected the Association's Executive Committee consisting of 19 members; the Association's Standing Committee consisting of 7 members (01 Chairman, 03 Vice Chairmen and 03 members).

Mr. Dinh Van Hieu - Chairman of the Board of Members of Long Thuan Company Limited was elected Chairman of the Binh Duong Province Liquefied Petroleum Gas Business Association for the 2025-2030 term.

Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Ha Van Ut - Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, stated that the Binh Duong Liquefied Petroleum Gas Business Association will be a bridge between businesses and state management agencies, supporting businesses in complying with legal regulations, improving service quality, ensuring safety in business and use of liquefied petroleum gas.

He suggested that the Association should focus on completing the strategic goals set out during the term. The Industry and Trade sector will always accompany the Association and businesses, creating favorable conditions for the Association to operate effectively, contributing positively to the socio-economic development of the province.

On this occasion, the Association signed a Memorandum of Understanding and cooperation with 02 Law Firms to support businesses facing legal difficulties in the business process.
