Ninh Binh Education Sector Receives Emulation Flag from the Government

According to the report of the Department of Education and Training of Ninh Binh, the 2023-2024 school year continues to be a successful year for Ninh Binh education. The Department of Education and Training has advised and specified tasks and solutions to effectively implement the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State, and directions of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee and localities on education and training.

The quality of mass education and key education continues to be maintained in the group of leading provinces nationwide. In the national high school graduation exam, the percentage of students participating in the exam winning prizes was 86.6%, ranking 6th nationwide - the highest result ever in both quality and winning rate. In the 2024 high school graduation exam, the graduation rate reached 99.95%, the average score of all exams of candidates in Ninh Binh province ranked 2nd nationwide, with 1 student being a double valedictorian nationwide.

The scale of the network of schools and classes at all levels and grades is increasingly developing, basically meeting the learning needs in the province. Speaking at the conference, Deputy Minister of Education and Training Pham Ngoc Thuong acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and results achieved by the Education sector of Ninh Binh province in the 2023-2024 school year.

Deputy Minister Pham Ngoc Thuong requested the Ninh Binh Department of Education and Training to continue to clearly understand and thoroughly disseminate to units and schools the tasks of the school year as specified by the Ministry of Education and Training as well as Directive No. 91 dated August 12, 2024 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution 29 dated November 4, 2013 of the Central Committee on fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training.

At the same time, there are many solutions to improve the quality of the team, create a friendly, safe and effective working environment so that teachers can confidently dedicate themselves to their work. Also within the framework of the conference, the leaders of Ninh Binh province awarded commendation decisions to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the 2023-2024 school year.
