In the atmosphere of celebrating the Party and Spring, towards the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025), on the morning of January 31 (ie January 3, At Ty year), at the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital Special National Relic Site, Truong Yen commune, Hoa Lu city, Ninh Binh province, General Secretary To Lam offered incense at the Temple of King Dinh Tien Hoang and the Temple of King Le Dai Hanh, commemorating the ancestors who contributed to the country.
Accompanying the General Secretary were Politburo members, Party Central Committee Secretaries: Head of the Party Central Committee's Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee Do Van Chien, Head of the Party Central Committee's Inspection Commission Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Chief of the Party Central Committee's Office; General Luong Tam Quang, Politburo member, Minister of Public Security; Party Central Committee members: Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc, Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Thanh; Party Central Committee members, leaders of the Party Central Committee's Office; the General Secretary's Office and leaders of Ninh Binh province.
At the Temple of King Dinh Tien Hoang, in the sacred atmosphere of heaven and earth, General Secretary To Lam and the delegation respectfully offered incense, remembered and expressed gratitude for the great contributions of King Dinh Tien Hoang, who had the merit of quelling the rebellion, subduing 12 warlords, unifying the country, establishing the Dai Co Viet State, the first centralized feudal state of Vietnam, opening the foundation for feudal dynasties in history. The birth of the Dai Co Viet State in 968 ended the state of fragmentation and unification of the country. The naming of the country Dai Co Viet, the proclamation of Emperor and the establishment of the reign name Thai Binh affirmed national sovereignty, the will to build an independent, strong, autonomous nation, expressing the aspiration for a peaceful and prosperous country. This is an important milestone in the development process of the Vietnamese people.
At the Temple of King Le Dai Hanh, General Secretary To Lam and the delegation paid tribute to the great contributions of King Le Dai Hanh - who called upon and led the people to unite to defeat the Song invaders, and to defend the country against the harassment of the Champa army. King Le Dai Hanh's outstanding talent was not only in the military field - he was a victorious general in the history of the struggle to build and defend the country of the Vietnamese people, but under his reign, Dai Co Viet nation achieved many outstanding achievements in economy, culture and diplomacy, contributing significantly to the protection, preservation and consolidation of national independence, which was the foundation for the prosperous development of successive dynasties.
Before the souls of the ancestors, General Secretary To Lam and the delegation expressed their determination, together with the entire Party, army and people, to continue promoting the revolutionary spirit and patriotic tradition of the nation, unite to overcome all difficulties and challenges, strive to join forces, and be determined to successfully complete the goals and tasks set out in the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party, creating momentum to bring the country firmly into a new era - the era of national growth.
Also on the morning of January 31, General Secretary To Lam and the delegation offered incense at the Temple of King Ly Thai To, King Tran Nhan Tong and the ancestors in the Kinh Thien Altar area (Gia Sinh commune, Gia Vien district, Ninh Binh province).
