Kinhtedothi - On November 15, Ninh Binh province announced decisions on the transfer and appointment of Directors of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Department of Construction, and Department of Planning and Investment.

On November 15, Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee, presented decisions of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee on the transfer and appointment of Directors of 3 Departments in this province.

Accordingly, the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province decided to appoint Mr. Chu Duc Long, Deputy Director of the Department of Construction to the position of Director of the Department of Construction; transfer and appoint Mr. Bui Xuan Dieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Kim Son district to the position of Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; transfer and appoint Mr. Dang Thai Son, Director of the Department of Finance to the position of Director of the Department of Planning and Investment.

Previously, on November 14, the Organizing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee on the transfer and appointment of Ms. Ta Hoang Minh, Vice Principal of Hoa Lu University, to hold the position of Principal of the Ninh Binh Provincial Political School.
