Chu Nghi creates through the combination of dough and fondant art, a Western art (fondant - sugar candy - made from melted powdered sugar to make it soft and easy to shape as desired to decorate cakes, pastries, creating images). Creatively combining food processing techniques, such as dough and fondant art with the art of painting, spray painting, sculpture, the exhibition introduces a completely new cultural tourism experience about the art of living.

At the exhibition, there are 5 fondant art sculptures over 2 meters high, created exclusively for MGM and Macau, with themes revolving around Chinese culture, such as "Three Books and Six Rites", "Filial Piety"...
The "Nine-Tailed Fox" sculpture is about 3 meters tall with 2 tons of candy, made by 6 people.

Zhu Yi began his career by learning Chinese sculpture and dough sculpture from masters in the field. He later taught himself fondant art. Having mastered both Eastern and Western art forms, he became a world-renowned artist, with traditional Chinese dough sculptures made with fondant art.
Chu Nghi was born in 1983 in Sichuan.

Wishing to introduce the beauty of the East to the world, Chu Nghi has amazed international audiences with his exquisite masterpieces, bringing him the Best of Show Award at Cake International 2017 in the UK. In 2019, the candy made by Chu Nghi's team won 4 gold medals at the Birmingham International Cake Competition (UK). Chu Nghi also received the National Cultural Heritage Award in 2022.

Chu Nghi was born in 1983 and became famous in 2017 after participating in an international baking competition. He graduated from the Sichuan Culinary Academy, worked in the culinary field and has a talent for shaping. He has been ordered by tycoons to make candy statues worth tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of yuan (equivalent to hundreds of millions to billions of dong).
