The commune has planned 54 kiosks made of environmentally friendly materials, giving priority to poor, near-poor and recently escaped poverty households, and single-parent families in difficult circumstances, considering this a livelihood to help them escape poverty sustainably. "Since the locality invested in and opened the road to Mui Ganh, many tourists have come, especially on holidays and Tet, thousands of people come to visit on weekends, thereby creating jobs for local households," said Ms. Nguyen Thi Thien (63 years old), a resident who does business in a tourist destination to create a livelihood arranged by the commune People's Committee. According to Mr. Tran Minh Lam, Chairman of the Hoai Hai Commune People's Committee, in order to effectively exploit the Mui Ganh landscape, the locality initially planned a preliminary parking area, arranged food stalls, sold soft drinks, and provided fresh water shower services... On weekends, 1,500-2,000 visitors come to Mui Ganh, thereby improving the income of local people.
