(HNM) - At noon on March 28, Ms. Huong in Kim Lien ward (Dong Da district) took bus route E09 from Lac Long Quan street to go home. When stopping at Phan Dinh Phung street stop, 7 women wearing ao dai got on the bus. Before selling tickets, the bus attendant reminded the women to wear masks. Seeing that, the women looked at each other and then intended to get off the bus. At that moment, an elderly man spoke up:

- I have masks here, I would like to give each of you one.

The man then took out a new stack of masks and handed them to each person. The women were moved, bowed their heads in thanks, put on their masks, and found seats. Sitting behind the elderly man, Ms. Huong asked:

- Why do you bring so many masks?

- Oh, I have a free bus pass. Because I often see many people who don't know the regulation of wearing masks when getting on the bus, I bought a bag of medical masks in advance, in case anyone doesn't have one, I can give them to them - the man replied slowly.

Retelling the story to Nguoi Xay Dung, Ms. Huong expressed that the mask did not have much material value, but the elderly man's actions were truly admirable in showing concern for those around him.
