Accordingly, on October 10, there will be 6 free bus trips serving locals and tourists. It is expected that the first trip will depart at 7:30 am; the second trip will depart at 8:30 am; the third trip will depart at 9:30 am; the fourth trip will depart at 10:30 am; the fifth trip will depart at 11:30 am; the sixth trip will depart at 12:30 pm. Each trip will have about 3-6 buses serving, with an estimated capacity of 1,056 passengers.
The bus will depart from the Opera House, following the route: Opera House - Trang Tien - Dinh Tien Hoang - Le Thai To - Trang Thi - Dien Bien Phu - Hoang Dieu - Nguyen Bieu - Quan Thanh - Hung Vuong - Hoang Van Thu - Doc Lap - Chu Van An - Le Hong Phong - turn around Le Hong Phong - Hung Vuong - Nguyen Thai Hoc - Le Duan - Ly Thuong Kiet - Phan Chu Trinh - Hai Ba Trung - Le Thanh Tong - Opera House.
Previously, the Hanoi Department of Tourism also organized the City bus program "Quintessence of Ao Dai" on October 4, within the framework of the Hanoi Tourism Ao Dai Festival 2024, thereby attracting 700 Hanoi women wearing traditional Ao Dai to participate in the program, by double-decker bus.
Deputy Director of Hanoi Department of Tourism Nguyen Hong Minh said that City Bus “Quintessence of Ao Dai”, by bus 2, aims to honor and preserve the unique cultural beauty of the traditional Ao Dai of the Vietnamese people. At the same time, Ao Dai becomes an impressive souvenir product for international tourists when coming to Vietnam.
Through this activity, a new direction is opened, contributing significantly to making Vietnam tourism in general and Hanoi in particular a favorite destination, the top choice of many domestic tourists and international friends.
