(Baoquangngai.vn) - The 25th Congress of Uncle Ho's Good Children of Quang Ngai province in 2025 honored 200 outstanding delegates in implementing the movement "Vietnamese children compete to follow Uncle Ho's 5 teachings".

On the evening of March 29, at the Provincial Convention and Exhibition Center, the Provincial Youth Union coordinated with the Department of Education and Training to organize the 25th Uncle Ho's Good Children Congress of Quang Ngai province, 2025.

Speaking at the congress, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Ho Thi Thu Thanh emphasized that in recent years, under the leadership of the Youth Union, the work of the Young Pioneers and the children's movement in the province have developed increasingly strongly. The whole province currently has 333 teams, with more than 231 thousand team members, teenagers and children. The movement "Quang Ngai children compete to follow Uncle Ho's 5 teachings" has always been focused on by the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Teams at all levels in the province and more and more typical and outstanding examples have appeared.

During the period 2020 - 2025, 6 students won the Kim Dong Award; 3 students were honored as "Brave Hero of a Thousand Good Deeds" nationwide; 2 students were honored with the "Creative Youth Badge" and one student was honored with the title "Brave Youth". Along with that, many students won high prizes in academic competitions; cultural, artistic, physical education and sports movements at the provincial and national levels;... With those efforts, in 2025, 200 students were honored with the title of Good Children of Uncle Ho at the provincial level.

The 25th Congress of Uncle Ho's Good Children in Quang Ngai Province in 2025 aims to honor outstanding team members, teenagers and children; encourage the emulation movement to study and practice according to Uncle Ho's 5 teachings. At the same time, it contributes to educating children's ideology, morality and lifestyle, creating a favorable environment for them to develop comprehensively and become useful citizens for society. The event also demonstrates the attention of all levels and sectors in nurturing and building a team of successors, contributing to the development of the homeland and the country in the future.

With that meaning, at the congress, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee presented 10 scholarships, each worth 3 million VND, to children. The Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch presented 10 savings books to children who overcame difficulties and studied well, each worth 5 million VND. In addition, VNPT Quang Ngai also presented the "House of Love" project with a total value of 50 million VND to Ho Thi My (9 years old), in Tra Xinh commune (Tra Bong).
